April Roach

Mrs. Roach, a native of Central Louisiana, received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Louisiana College in 2004. She was surgical nurse specializing in Earn, Nose, and Throat for over thirteen years at several hospitals in the area as well as Lafayette. Mrs. Roach returned to school at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and received her Master of Science in Nursing in 2017. She has been a member of the Red River ENT team since May of 2017 and transitioned into the role of Dr. Renick Webb's Nurse Practitioner in January of 2018 when she became a Board Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in Family Practice. Mrs. Roach is a member of the following organizations: American Academy of Nurse Practitioner Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society Louisiana State Board of Nursing

Daniel Noel

Dr. Daniel Blaize Noel was born and raised in Alexandria, Louisiana where he attended both elementary and high school. He then attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, receiving a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry, graduating with Magna cum Laude honors. He went on to attend medical school at LSU in New Orleans where he continued to excel, academically. In the community, he continued his passion for volunteer and mission work both locally and abroad. He became interested in diseases of the head and neck early in his medical school career and served as President of the student body's ENT Interest Group and authored numerous articles and presentations in the field of Otolaryngology. During graduation, the medical school faculty chose Dr. Noel as the recipient of the George Lyons Award for Excellence in Otolaryngology. After graduation, Dr. Noel was selected for a residency position at the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN where he completed a five year training program in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. While there, he was mentored by some of the most renowned Otolaryngologists and Head and Neck surgeons in the field and was immersed in The Mayo Clinic's philosophy of patient care which dictates that no matter what, "the needs of the patient come first." As a senior resident, Dr. Noel was elected by his peers to serve as the Resident Representative to the Department. During his training, he developed skills and experience in advanced and minimally invasive procedures of the head, face, neck, sinuses, and ears. Dr. Noel and his wife, Kimberly, are proud parents of three young children. He is excited to have returned home to Alexandria and looks forward to serving the people of Louisiana. He takes pride not only in his surgical abilities, but in his passion for individualized patient care. Dr. Noel offers a broad spectrum of both surgical and non-surgical treatment options for diseases of the ear, nose and throat for both children and adults. He enjoys all aspects of ENT and has special interests in disorders of the sinuses, thyroid and parathyroid glands, ears, and cancers of the head and neck.

Dr. Christian Wold

Dr. Christian Wold is a board certified Otolaryngologist Head and Neck Surgeon. He is trained in all areas of Ears, Nose, and Throat Medicine (ENT) and Head and Neck Surgery. He has special interests in Sinus and allergy disorders of adults and children, nasal obstruction, chronic ear infections, chronic tonsillitis, hearing loss, thyroid and parathyroid disorders, and cancers of the head and neck Dr. Wold is from Central Louisiana and proud to be back home serving his local community. Dr. Wold completed his college degree at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. After medical school at LSU in New Orleans, Dr. Wold was awarded the opportunity to pursue his ENT training at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. During his five year residency he was taught the latest and best medical and surgical techniques for disorders of the Ears, Nose and Throat. In addition, Dr. Wold learned the Mayo Clinic's philosophy that the needs of the patient always come first.

J.A. Badeaux, III

Dr. J.A. Badeaux has been in private practice here in Central Louisiana with offices in Alexandria and Natchitoches for the past 22 years prior to joining Red River ENT in June, 2019. He is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgeon. He enjoys and is experienced in treating adult and pediatric patients with medical and surgical problems involving tonsils, adenoids, hearing loss, chronic ear disease and sinus infections, airway obstruction of nose and throat, sleep apnea and snoring, thyroid disease, and balance disorders. Dr. Badeaux was raised in Thibodaux, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and received his medical and ENT training at Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Jenelle Sharp

Jenelle Sharp is a licensed hearing instrument specialist. She has been working in the hearing healthcare field since 1994. Since receiving her dispensing license, she has committed herself to providing her community with the highest level of care and service. She has spent the last 25 years at Roberts Hearing Clinic where she has assisted thousands of patients with their hearing needs. She held the secretary position of the Louisiana Society for Hearing Instrument Specialists for two years. She is currently serving as District II Representative and Chair of Ethics for the Louisiana Board for Hearing Aid Dealers.

Paul Guillory

Dr. Guillory is the first physician to use image guided FESS as well as doing procedures without the use of injections in favor of topical anesthesia. Dr. Guillory's mission is to provide unsurpassed medical and surgical services, while maintaining convenient, efficient, and pleasant patient care. We offer a variety of services and treatment options for various medical conditions including the newest, minimally invasive sinus procedure called Balloon Sinuplasty which can now be done in the office setting using a needleless technique. Dr. Guillory is the first physician to introduce Endoscopic Sinus Surgery to Alexandria in 1987 and image-guided technology to Central Louisiana in 2005, which allows for a more thorough and safe surgery. He continues to stay up to date on the latest techniques and establish himself as a leader in medical advancements.

Renick Webb

Over the past 20 years of helping Central Louisiana, Dr. Webb has integrated the specialized experience, training, and equipment necessary to diagnose and treat, in the least-invasive way possible, your sinus-related problems.We employ comprehensive, up-front diagnosis, the latest and safest techniques, and clear communication with our patients every step of the way.

Sarah M. Johnson

Dr. Johnson joined our practice in March 2013. She received her undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana. She then completed her graduate degree from Louisiana Tech University in May 2011. She completed her fourth year residency at the ENT Center of Central Georgia in Macon, Georgia. Her interests are diagnostics and hearing aids in both children and adults. Dr. Johnson was born and raised in Colfax, LA. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Dr. Johnson is a fellow member of the American Academy of Audiology and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competency with the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.

Shannon Knight

Shannon Knight, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner (FNP) that has been employed with Red River ENT since 2017. Shannon is a native of Pineville, Louisiana and a graduate of Pineville High School. She graduated from Louisiana College with her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing in 2002 where she graduated cum laude. As a Registered Nurse, Shannon was employed by Rapides Regional Medical Center nursing at the bedside on the Oncological/Medical Surgical unit and then in medical records as a Clinical Documentation Specialist (CDS). Shannon completed her Masters of Science Degree in Nursing from Northwestern in 2013. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Following graduation, Shannon specialized in the care of the geriatric population within long term care facilities within our community and surrounding communities. Shannon enjoys working closely alongside Dr. Christian Wold in the clinic setting to provide care across the lifespan within the ENT specialty to the members of our community. She is married to her wonderful husband Chuck and the mother of three boys Aiden, Ethan, and Carter.
