Isabelle is responsible for both accounts payable and assisting our finance manager, Sam, to process loan applications for our clients, following up lenders and provide the highest quality of customer service to all clients, existing and new. Isabelle is currently studying Business, majoring in Finance, at Swinburne University and continually learning new systems and processes to assist her in making our clients application and experience as smooth as possible.

Lilly has been a great contributor to the Regal & Co. team since joining us in 2020. Having recently completed her degree in Architecture/Construction Management at Deakin University, she is using her skills and experience to assist and advise our Director, Sabino in his daily running of the business.
Executive Director, Sabino Di Filippo founded Regal & Co. in 2005. Sabino has been involved in the finance, wealth management, and property industry for over 20 years, equipping him with the skills and expertise that have allowed him to build a successful business. His experiences have given him a unique blend of knowledge and expertise to lead the company and its employees in providing high quality service and outcomes.

Sarthak (Sam) Pansari is the newest member of our team, an extremely qualified finance broker. He has worked in Financial Services for over 4 years and at ANZ and NAB as a banker within the Commercial and Residential Lending teams. He completed his Masters of Management (Finance) at the University of Melbourne and more recently completed his Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking.
Siena is a valued member of the Regal & Co. team. She is a great help to the team here in the school holidays whilst learning the ropes of the family business. She is currently studying with aspirations to one day be a criminal lawyer.
