Arvind comes to Saisystems with over 20 years of experience in human capital management including rapid ramp ups, technology implementations, and employee engagement.
He previously served in diverse HR roles at Birlas, Deutsche Bank Group, Maersk GSC, Reliance and Infosys. Arvind has a depth of experience in HR strategy and operations that encompassed Business partnering, Learning and development, Talent acquisition, Compensation and benefits strategy.
Arvind is a post graduate in Human Resource Management and holds international certifications such as SHRM SCP, Certified Competency Mapping Expert AASTI U.K. & accredited BELBIN practitioner.

Chirag Modi joined Saisystems International in 2003 as an account executive and quickly excelled into his current leadership roles. For both Saisystems Health and Technology, he is responsible for sales, client account management and project implementation engagements.
He began his career creating solutions for the animation, gaming and media industries, and also has experience as an IT programmer.
Chirag earned his Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from Mumbai University and is a graduate of the executive program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Diya Wadhwani joined Saisystems International Inc. in 2007 as Director of Finance and Operations, following her career as Sales Team Lead at Trane.
Building upon her experience in the sales field, Diya has overhauled the operations of Saisystems and developed the finance department into the backbone of the entire organization.
A fourteen-year veteran of the company, Diya has held significant role in the evolution of Saisystems International into the customer-focused, service-oriented, and socially responsible organization that it is today.
As the leader of the finance and operation team, Diya has overseen the global development of Saisystems' workforce and ensure stellar service to both internal teams and external clients.
Under the leadership of Dr. Ramesh Wadhwani, Saisystems International has grown to more than 300 employees with international operations in six countries. Through this network, the company has continuously developed strategies for growth, surpassed financial challenges, expedited transitions into new technology, and made a permanent mark in the industry for more than 30 years.

Dr. Wadhwani's professional affiliations include: the Greater New England Minority Supplier Development Council (GNEMSDC) as a board member, the Shelton Economic Development Council as a committee member and President of Prasanthi Trust, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that aims to improve communities through education, infrastructure and other humanitarian programs.
Dr. Wadhwani holds a Doctorate of Science in electrical and biomedical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as a Master of Science in electronics from the Indian Institute of Science.

Kalyan holds a degree in computer science from Bangalore University.
Manoj Wadhwani manages operations, sales and delivery for Saisystems Health with more than 20 years of experience in the health and technology industries. He has been instrumental for the company's growth both within the United States and internationally. He has also successfully led the organization through several acquisitions and their subsequent integrations, being credited with the 22% company growth YOY since 2015.
His specialties include strong delivery and application development, business consulting expertise and experience with a diverse portfolio of industry verticals. His extensive technology background adds a unique element to Mr. Wadhwani's perspective on healthcare services; he strongly believes the two are meant to work in synergy and, when successfully managed, produce the best clinical and financial outcomes for providers, patients and payors.
Manoj holds a Master's in Business Administration for Executives from Yale University as well as a Bachelor of Science in computer science with a minor in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Manoj also attended the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University for his executive education certification.

Michael Healey oversees digital products and innovation. Michael has 25 years' experience in Information Technology and over 12 years in the Post-Acute Long-Term Care field.
His leadership in technology helped grow a medical practice from 20 providers to over 70 providers in 2 years. He later founded a practice management company focused on Long Term Care software tools and architected the first Certified Electronic Health Record designed for the LTC market.
Michael attended Florida Atlantic University between 1994 and 1998 in both the Computer Science and Computer Engineering programs.

Soundara Raja is based in Chennai, India and joined Saisystems Health in 2009 as a Certified Medical Coder. Through the careful nurturing of his problem solving, decision making and team management skills, he quickly became a key leader at the company.
Utilizing his 15+ years of industry experience, Soundar currently oversees the entire MSO offshore team as Director of Managed Service Delivery.
His expertise in multi-specialty coding and insight on industry updates provides clients with continued education sessions in various states.
Soundara holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Dr. M.G.R. Medical University and CPC Certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders.

Venkata Kota has been with Saisystems International since 1999. With more than 25 years of experience, his expertise ranges across the various domains of designing, developing, integrating, and implementing enterprise architectures and information systems. Additionally, he is certified in AMA Business Conversation Skills, Lotus Notes and Microsoft.
Venkata holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science and an engineering diploma in electronics and communication from Meenakshi Ammal Polytechnic College. He is also a faculty member at A.A.N.M. & V.V.R.S. Polytechnic College, Miracle Technologies and Peers Technologies.
Vishakha joined the Saisystems team in March of 2002, beginning her career as a member of the Administration and Travel department. She has since proven herself to be an indispensable part of the team and is now leading the Information Technology Enabled Services team as the Director - ITeS.
Vishakha obtained her Bachelor of Science from University of Pune and also carries a diploma in Business Administration and her specialization is in HR and Operations.
