South Bristol Speleological Society (SBSS) is a friendly caving club based in the Mendip Hills just south of the City of Bristol in South West England. The South Bristol Speleological Society is a small and friendly caving club based in Bristol to the north of the Mendip Hills. We arrange Mendip trips for most Wednesday or Thursday evenings and frequent weekend trips further a field to Wales, Derbyshire, Yorkshire and have even ventured out to France and Spain.
