Born and raised in Peterborough, Emily is thrilled to be practicing law in her hometown. While working as a Student-At-Law at LLF Lawyers, Emily gained valuable experience drafting a variety of legal documents and working closely with the lawyers to meet client needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Chris began his legal career in 1997 practicing commercial litigation at one of Vancouver's premier boutique litigation firms. Now living in Peterborough and admitted to the Bar of Ontario, Chris leads the firm's employment & labour and general litigation practices. A significant portion of Chris' practice relates to construction litigation, including construction lien matters.
Chris is experienced with alternative dispute resolution, and can assist clients in pursuing options such as arbitration or mediation.
Marie specializes in the areas of trust, estate planning and estate administration. Marie works closely with each client, taking into consideration specific needs, family composition and dynamics. Marie helps her clients make the difficult but important decisions to care for themselves and their family.
Marie brings to her practice and client service the added risk management that comes from her previous litigation experience.
Prior to joining LLF Lawyers LLP, Mimi worked at a prominent Toronto family law firm where she assisted on cases at all levels of court in Ontario. While in law school, Mimi gained experience working in the Child Abuse Unit at the Wayne County's Prosecutor's Office in Detroit, Michigan and at Community Legal Aid clinic in Windsor, Ontario. Mimi's practice is focused on family law, where she brings an energetic and empathetic approach to her clients' needs.
Prior to joining LLF Lawyers, Le had over ten years of experience at an international law firm, practicing in the areas of financing, business acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.
