She specializes in social media and works with our clients to develop clear strategies to put the right messages in front of the right people. Abby enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their dogs. She also loves striking up conversations about her collection of Star Wars tattoos.

Amy Crawford grew up in the Pacific Northwest and graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. Amy specializes in written communication, writing blogs, and editing documents. Recently, she finished a copy-editing course at Portland Community College. In her free time, she enjoys reading real books, spending quality time with her family, and caring for her fur and plant babies.
Jenna Downs grew up in a small town in Wisconsin and moved to Nevada after high school to attend the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where she received her Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. After starting her career as a VIP Services Representative, she was eventually recruited to fill the role of Special Events Manager. During her time in this position, the CEO of Landry's Incorporated released a book and Jenna was selected as the sole planner for the event. Her years of experience in hospitality bring forth a wealth of knowledge. After the pandemic hit Las Vegas, she decided to take the opportunity to move away from the chaos of the city and be closer to family in Montana. Outside of work Jenna enjoys playing her keyboard, spending time with her family, and continuing her search for the best coffee in Montana.

Jordan Crahan is responsible for keeping all our client accounts moving in the right direction. He enjoys the daily dive into data, metrics, and believes that collaboration and communication are critical to our success. A graduate from Western Washington University, Jordan is a digital marketing expert who prides himself on using his rich, interdisciplinary background to develop, execute, and analyze business development and marketing initiatives. Outside of work Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and son, their three dogs, playing golf, and reading.

Justin Shank is a marketing expert specializing in digital marketing strategy, social media, and marketing technologies. He helps clients integrate social media and digital marketing into the overall strategic marketing plan. He enjoys working with tribes and business owners by implementing marketing strategies proven to grow their businesses and navigate the ever-changing world of digital marketing. In his free time, he loves enjoying the outdoors with his lovely wife and new puppy!
Morganne graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. During that time, she also worked at the Portland radio station in the Marketing department - getting a solid understanding for that type of marketing medium. This is also when she was introduced to digital marketing, working on email campaigns and online ads for clients. After graduating, Morganne moved back to Southern Oregon where she had worked for Seven Feathers Casino Resort as a leader in their Digital Marketing department.

Nicholas Marshall enjoys being artistic and working with computers. The combination of these two things is what he loves about being a graphic designer! Nicholas has over 10 years of professional design experience creating a little of everything including high-impact advertisements, animations, videos, email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, and websites (including this one!). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, watching TV, and swimming. Nicholas also loves watching and performing improvised comedy.
Olivia Rick is a lifelong resident of the PNW. She is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Business and a Marketing Certificate. Her specialty is communication and personal relationships through social media, with a passion for helping people and businesses succeed. Olivia has a particular interest in the success of Tribal-Owned Entities, as she is a Puyallup Tribal Member herself. While not working she loves traveling and making memories with her husband and four kids.
Shannon Devine was raised in Northwest Washington and has loved art since early childhood. She went to college for graphic design, later getting work in print and production. Shannon lives with her husband, her grade school aged daughter and two cats. They enjoy taking hikes, spotting wildlife, and watching movies.
Tony Phongsavath is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Marketing and Information Systems. He specializes in casino marketing and has over 22 years of experience in the casino gaming industry. His experience includes everything on the operator side from digital marketing and branding to casino promotions, revenue-generating events, and influencer marketing. He has also worked on the vendor side at Everi and Sightline Payments, working on Nation-wide Million Dollar Slot Tournaments, Product Marketing and Launches and managing Casino App Development, implementations, and promotions. Tony's goal as a Client Success Manager is to oversee customer retention, to make sure you're satisfied with our services, and to help you achieve your digital marketing goals by identifying and monitoring your marketing campaigns and providing insight and recommendations for improvements. In his free time, you'll find Tony out and about in San Diego, making memories with his husband Javier, their puppy Madi and friends.
Veronica is an old soul who grew up in the rainy state of WA. She is a honors graduate from The University of Columbia Chicago, where she received her bachelors in Art Direction and Advertising. Veronica has a passion for developing scribbles to the big idea, and loves to bring smiles to those around her. She takes artistic inspiration from creatives like Hayao Miyazaki and Rebecca Sugar. Her hobbies range from working on illustrations, playing video games, hiking, gardening, and creating music. She loves 70's Japanese Retro Funk.
