SHELBURNE ELVER

Shelburne Elver is a glass eel producer on the pristine South Shore of Nova Scotia, in Eastern Canada. We catch and sell the North American species of eel, Anguilla rostrata. We can pack and ship to your specifications to most destinations around the world. Our season extends from March until our quota is filled, or July whichever comes first.
