James E. Ferrell is Chief Executive Officer and President of Ferrellgas. Mr. Ferrell has been with Ferrell Companies or its predecessors and its affiliates in various executive capacities since 1965, including Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ferrellgas. Under his leadership, Ferrellgas has grown from a small, independently owned propane company to one of the nation's largest propane retailers. Mr. Ferrell is a past President of the World LP Gas Association and a former Chairman of the Propane Vehicle Council.

Jordan Burns joined the Ferrellgas legal team in 2018 and was promoted to Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in December 2018. Prior to joining Ferrellgas, Jordan served as outside counsel to Ferrellgas on a national basis. He attended the University of Kansas, where he earned degrees in both Business Administration and Finance. After working as a Series 7 licensed financial analyst, Jordan attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law.

Michael E. Cole joined Ferrellgas as its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the General Partner on February 20, 2023. He has been working in financial and energy-related fields for more than 35 years, with extensive experience in executive and financial leadership, management, corporate finance, valuation, and risk management, as well as many other areas.

Tamria Zertuche came to Ferrellgas in 2004 when the company acquired Blue Rhino, where she was employed as Senior Director of IT. She was promoted to Vice President of IT in 2016 and to Senior Vice President of Business Operations and Chief Information Officer in 2019. Tamria holds an MBA from Colorado State University, and she is currently completing a Doctoral program in Organizational Learning, Performance, and Change at the same institution.
