Alan served as the Chief Architect and System Engineer for the chemistry reagent company, Neometrics, Inc. For 22 years, Alan developed Inventory and Case Management Enterprise software solutions for State Health Laboratories across the United States focusing on Biochemistry and Genetics, Clinical Chemistry, and Infectious Disease. Through the automation of laboratory results utilizing bar code technology for quality control, his expertise in the Automated ID field fed the growth of Xiacon, Inc. Since the inception of Xiacon, Inc., Alan has used his system's analysis and software development skills in building the idWhere™ family product line. Alan's education includes an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Nassau Community College, and a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science from Hofstra University, and has served as Adjunct Faculty in the Computer Science department of Nassau Community College.ey & Hamilton Sundstrand).

• Alex Kwartiroff is a highly accomplished and seasoned manager, certified as PMP since June 2011, with 25+ years of experience in project management under the AS 9100 standards, and ISO 9001 certification experience in the aerospace and electronic manufacturing industry. Known as an outstanding leader in project management, he has successfully managed within budget and schedule multi-million $ programs in a challenging avionics environment, where safety in the performance of the equipment is a key characteristic. Alex also possesses the experience and skills to train personnel in support of ISO 9001 certification.
• Alex was responsible to develop the company's internal management processes and procedures, quality policy, and employee training for ISO 9001:2008 certification. His leadership as the Management Representative achieved certification on the first audit. Most recently, as an independent consultant, Alex has been supporting an engineering company in a business development management role. He has prepared proposals related to navigation equipment and has participated in international Flight Inspection symposiums where he presented technical papers.
• Alex gained his diverse business experience by being fully engaged in both technical and management activities. As part of his technical background, he possesses the knowledge of avionics RTCA DO-178 software and DO-254 hardware development guidelines. He has the ability to efficiently manage the entire life-cycle of a development program from initial customer requirements, through design/development, to qualification testing, production readiness, and aircraft certification in accordance with AS9100 aerospace quality standards. Alex also led the transition from engineering development to production, in accordance with the established organization's project management process.
Brian J. Galli holds a doctoral degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, earned December 2013. He also holds a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering, earned May 2007, from Binghamton University (SUNY Binghamton), as well as Masters of Science in Engineering Management, earned July 2009, from Missouri University of Science & Technology. He is a licensed professional engineer in New York State and holds a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt. The author's major field of study is continuous improvement in healthcare settings as well as deployment of continuous improvement and project management.
He works as an Assistant Professor of Management Engineering at Long Island University-Post. He also owns Apex Strategies, Ltd, a company that that specializes in continuous improvement consulting and training initiatives. He has over 9 years of experience in applying industrial engineering and continuous improvement tools and concepts in a wide variety of arenas, including healthcare, manufacturing, transactional, and service environments. He has spent over 6 years working for Northwell Health (formerly known as North Shore LIJ Health System) in New York and 1 year in Health Plan in the EmblemHealth Service Company.

Daniel is a seasoned electronics manufacturing professional with 20+ years experience in implementing solder certification, continuous improvement and quality programs in manufacturing companies. His background in the electronics industry at Data Device Corporation, Pickering Controls, MITEQ and Comtech PST and other electronics manufacturers has given Daniel hands on, practical experience in design, manufacturing, planning, training, and implementing state-of-the-art manufacturing systems. As the IPC certified trainer, Daniel has certified hundreds of engineers, technicians, operators and inspectors.
Danielle Michel is a CPA specialized in saving Manufacturers money. She has an extensive background in the manufacturing industry. Danielle has worked in the business field for over 15 years holding many key management positions, the latest being running the accounting and finance department of a multi million-dollar construction and manufacturing firm. She has also worked for some of largest public accounting firms in New York specializing in the manufacturing field.
There are programs designed to provide advantages for manufacturers on a State and Federal level. Danielle focuses on maximizing manufacturers tax dollar savings by staying current on laws and regulations. She has been able to recover hundreds of thousands of dollars to companies through the Sales Tax Recovery program and through Research and Development Tax Credits.
