Sydney S. McLafferty

Sydney S. McLafferty has been representing injury victims and their families for over 20 years throughout the state of Ohio. Early in law school, Sydney learned that the civil justice system was weighted in favor of insurance companies and corporations with endless resources to deny justice to the individuals of Ohio. She has found it truly rewarding to be able to level the playing field for her clients by providing them access to justice and protection in an otherwise challenging atmosphere. Sydney has spent a significant amount of her professional time in leadership roles at the Ohio Association for Justice which is a state-wide organization dedicated to protecting her client's constitutional rights and access to the civil justice system. Her involvement with OAJ directly benefits her clients and the clients of other practitioners around the state. Sydney was raised in Wyoming, Ohio (a suburb of Cincinnati) and moved to Columbus to attend The Ohio State University. Following in the footsteps of her grandfather and uncles, Sydney attended law school at Capital University Law School. Sydney and her husband, Scott, are raising their family in the Columbus suburb of Upper Arlington. Practice Areas: Personal Injury
