Justin Levine

Justin Levine, Founding Partner of Levine Law Group, received his law degree from Suffolk University Law School where he founded and ran multiple organizations. Justin has experience in Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Real Estate Transactions, Real Estate Litigation, Contested Divorce, Uncontested Divorce, Business Formation, Personal Injury, Immigration, Bankruptcy, Tax, Custody, and Civil Litigation. With over seven years of Real Estate experience, Justin has negotiated millions of dollars in leases and contracts and has helped hundreds of clients reach their goals. Justin continues to serve as Director of Business Development for Eigen Analytics, Inc., a cutting edge lead generation company specializing in high quality solutions using technology. Through his work with Eigen, Justin learned the techniques which helped inspire the creation of Levine Law Group. Justin is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing Tennis, Golf, Soccer and Softball.

Kimberly Mason

Kimberly is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and pursuing volunteer legal opportunities. She has a passion for educating the public about their rights concerning technology and civil liberties and keeps abreast of the latest news. She also blogs about technology and civil liberties at The Lamp of Digital Liberty (www.masonslaw.wordpress.com). Kimberly is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing softball and watching college basketball, football, and baseball. Kimberly Mason, Of Counsel Attorney with the Levine Law Group, graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, where she was a member of the Journal of High Technology Law, a Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Law Fellow, and President of the New England First Amendment Coalition - Suffolk Law Chapter. Kim has experience in Civil Rights Law, Criminal Law, and has worked under attorneys specializing in probate law, copyright, and trademark law, as well as civil litigation. She has a a Masters in Political Science from Villanova University and Bachelors of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from the University of California, Davis.

Tara Gampel

Tara Gampel is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, with Bar Applications pending in both New York and Massachusetts. She graduated with Distinction from Suffolk Law's Intellectual Property Concentration, and with honors in Patent Licensing and Information Privacy. She is currently certified to practice under Massachusetts SJC Rule 3:03, and concentrates in intellectual property and business law, with a focus on trademarks, technology, licensing, information privacy, and litigation. While in law school, Tara worked as a Law Clerk in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Judicial Court, and practiced as a Student Attorney for Suffolk Law's Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic. She also served as the Chief Information Security Officer for a mortgage industry mobile technology firm. Before entering the legal profession, Tara worked in creative arts, particularly in the fields of fashion design and music production. She later completed her Concentration Thesis on the argument against copyright protection for fashion design, and an additional research project on the legal implications of the resale of "used" digital media files. In her free time she enjoys going to Boston Celtics games and other sporting events, live music performances, or stand-up comedy shows; garment design, and yoga.
