Frank Rothschild

Drawing on his over 30 years experience as a trial attorney, advocacy teacher, arbitrator, mediator, and judge, Frank helps brainstorm case themes, develop storylines and persuasive exhibits for trials, mediations and arbitrations. Additionally, he clarifies and enhances legal issues for the entire graphics design team. Frank has worked around the country with senior litigators at AMLAW 100 firms such as Quinn Emanuel, O'Melveny & Myers, Debevoise & Plimpton, King & Spaulding, Walkup and others. He has co-authored numerous books on the utilization of technology in the courtroom and creation of trial graphics using PowerPoint.

Paul H. Endo - CEO, President

Paul has 10 years of experience in the litigation graphics field and has supported trial attorneys both remotely and on site in a variety of capacities. Though primarily involved in working directly with the trial lawyers on strategy and theme development, Paul handles the hands on development and production of advanced PowerPoint animation and video syncing and editing. He is proficient in the design applications Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat as well as the presentation tools of PowerPoint and Trial Director and its related hardware. This gives Paul the invaluable ability to develop and lead teams with a practical appreciation of what is needed. Paul has worked with attorneys at Quinn Emanuel, Townsend, Debevoise and Plimpton, Shearman and Sterling, Buchalter Nemer, and Duane Morris and many others firms in both national and international venues. Paul graduated from Stanford University with a BA in Human Biology. He came to Think Twice from the pharmaceutical industry (Glaxo Smithkline) where among other duties he also helped the IT department deploy and train the sales force on new technology and developed a database system to help the West Coast Regions share strategic information. Paul has a penchant for technology which he finds quite useful when working with attorneys in helping them develop their presentations.
