Tim France

Job Titles:
  • Member of the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapists of Ireland
Transformative was founded by Tim France. Tim left his career in advertising and role as CEO and country lead of iProspect Ireland, the digital performance agency within the Dentsu Aegis network in November 2016 to set up Transformative. Tim has spent over 30 years in advertising and marketing and has held leadership roles in international data, brand and digital marketing companies during that time, including a spell as Director of Epsilon Ireland, (the Irish-based EMEA creative hub for global data marketing agency, Epsilon) and a ten year spell running his own creative digital agency in London's Covent Garden. As part of the senior roles Tim France held he coached and mentored many people. Whilst this was one of the elements of these roles that Tim most enjoyed, he often found that he would come across ‘blockers' in people that were hard to shift, whether those were anxiety, stress, negative beliefs, limiting thoughts or lack or self-confidence. Tim's interest in helping people overcome these mental barriers and develop and thrive led him into the mental wellness area. Tim France is now a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and member of the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapists of Ireland (ICHI) as well as a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner and has the capability, experience and passion to help address all mental wellness issues in the workplace through a unique mix of executive coaching and clinical hypnotherapy.
