Joshua has a background in Finance and Strategic Management, and has worked with the Ultimate Group since 2014 in a variety of roles across marketing, sales, accounting, and management. Having a strong working knowledge of construction and development, he plays a key role across a variety of the Group's projects.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Jules brings to the Group a wealth of technical knowledge and construction management experience. Jules has worked across both the residential and commercial sectors managing high-end renovations and residential construction through to working on commercial projects such as retirement villages and office fit-outs. Jules is well respected amongst his industry peers and enjoys bringing teams together to complete projects.
Levin is the Founder of the Ultimate Global Group. An entrepreneur of Goan origin, Levin has lived and breathed the real estate and hospitality industry for the last 32 years. Over three decades he has created longstanding strategic partnerships and has been involved in major developments across New Zealand and Asia.
With a strong and diverse senior management background in banking, hospitality and construction spanning 30 years, Lloyd is responsible for the governance and day-to-day operations across the Group.

Russell specialises in land development, and with a background in civil engineering and municipal infrastructure, he knows what is required to make a development successful. He has been involved in land development and subdivision projects ranging from large residential developments to high density multi-unit projects, commercial developments and retirement villages.

Ryan started his building career by working on various types of construction projects in the UK and Canada, gaining valuable knowledge of a wide range of construction techniques. Prior to joining the Group, he was in a senior role at an award-winning construction company in New Zealand. He is constantly exploring ways to improve housing affordability and sustainability.

Born and bred in the Waikato, New Zealand, Sarah spent 10 years in the dairy industry working alongside finance and regulatory teams in a Communications and Change Management role. Since joining in 2015, Sarah has worked across all aspects of the business with a focus on property and construction, and has been an integral part of the Group and its growth.

Sindhuja, a member of the Institute of Directors of New Zealand, started her corporate career as a statutory auditor for a Big Four audit firm. However, her passion for hospitality quickly landed her in the role of General Manager of the the Group's hospitality division.
