Mr. Rukata has degrees in Agriculture and Property Management. He has spent much of his life managing nonprofits that deal with developing countries and refugees. He has extensive experience in looking after the livelihoods of individuals and their community, along with setting up agriculture-based businesses in developing nations. Speaks 6 languages.
Mr. Shazad is our leadership spotlight of the year. He was recently promoted from Chief Business Development Officer, having helped grow the company through key client deals and making critical business strategy decisions. After having helped with all aspects of development, he is now focusing on overseeing company-wide operations.
Mr. Shazad holds degrees in Neurobiology and Business. During his undergraduate studies as a pre-medical student, he had the opportunity to work in several developing nations. Throughout his experiences, he realized he wanted to shift his focus onto the business world by helping build businesses that would combine his love of advocacy and innovation. Through his decade-long career, he has gained extensive exposure to all facets of business development, both domestic and international, whether small-scale or multi-national corporations. He excels at creating sustainable profit growth while simultaneously being mindful of the people involved, believing the former isn't possible without hard-working employees, partners, clients, and even the surrounding community. He currently works full time for Alvarez & Marsal, and only helps us in an unofficial capacity. Speaks 2 languages.
Mr. Tran holds a degree in Biochemistry, he is an experienced and successful business developer. He has joined with several service-based companies and doubled their revenue by evaluating their variable costs and determining the best cost savings approach. He is skilled in overseeing teams and places himself at the center of the work in order to have an in-depth understanding of day-to-day operations. He has also been a part of small retail development projects.

Robert Stripling is the Customs Brokerage Director that serves the area UPC is based in.
Mr. Bahati holds degrees in Supply-Chain Management and Marketing. He oversees logistical aspects such as transportation and supply chain oversight. His role also includes overseeing the international networks we have with our international suppliers and explores new avenues. Speaks 5 languages.

He currently works in the government-nonprofit sector, helping provide legal aid for those who can't afford it. He has experience in business consulting and risk management. He brings key insight on business strategies that depend on economics and social interactions. Speaks 2 languages.

Mr. Turyahikayo has experience in Marketing Management and has over a decade of experience working in the Import-Export industry between Inter-African nations as well as Europe. He has taught English to expats on the side for almost 20 years. His role in UPC is to actively oversee exportation of precious minerals and agricultural products from East Africa, as well as networking for new suppliers.
Mr. Renoylds holds a degree in Business and an MD, he specializes in emergency medicine. He has experience in creating technologies and developing businesses. He has worked with large established urgent care medical centers and plans on focusing on emergency medicine. He brings a unique perspective of medicine and business that can help guide us when establishing community clinics in the developing nations we work in.
Mr. Le has almost a decade of experience in the entertainment services industry and has recently delved into commercial and retail development, as well as real estate. He is experienced in dealing with guest services and product inventories. Mr. Le has been part of the acquisition and sale of many multi-million dollar commercial real estate deals. He understands what it takes to create facilities that cater to guests and locating good areas that add value to the project. Speaks 2 languages.

Mr. Desai has a degree in politics and holds a Doctorate in Law. He's currently working in corporate law and DOES NOT WORK FOR UPC IN ANY CAPACITY, NOR IS HE OR HIS FIRM ON RETAINER. However, we plan on using him for strategic input, and when needed, pay to have him on retainer. Speak 2 languages.
