Jordan, MAI, the owner and chief appraiser at Vanguard Valuation Advisors, has been appraising real property in Southern California since 2002. Starting in residential appraisal, he soon expanded into commercial valuation, gaining expertise in a wide variety of property types. He then achieved the Appraisal Institute's MAI designation and now maintains a full service practice.
