Donny studied tooling and manufacturing in college and started working in mold industry since 2003. Before joining Wintech, Donny worked as a rapid tooling engineer and project manager, leading a tooling team. In the past 13 years, he has worked with hundreds of global customers. Donny has extensive experience in tooling and rapid prototype. In his career, he always provides useful insights and dedicated support for every client's project.
Jack has 20 years' work experience in project management. He started his career in 1996 and has worked with a lot of big-name companies like Toshiba, Siemens, GREE. Jack is very familiar with ISO9001 quality management system.
Peter has worked in business and enterprise management for more than 20 years. He was a soldier before he started his career in 1995. After his military service, he first worked in a Japanese company. Serving in the army has granted him perseverant personality. Peter is well-versed in scientific effective business management programs.
Robert started his work career as a molder in 1994. Then he was promoted to be a plastic injection molding engineer and molding supervisor. Now he becomes a senior molding engineer in Wintech. Robert is expert is skilled in solving the injection molding issues and good at detecting molding defects.
