As a Driving Instructor I am extremely passionate about the safety of our people on our roads.
I have extensive knowledge of the road code and test criteria, I am here to help our whanau in any way I can and to help them gain their licence and become safe drivers.

After going straight into mahi from school I realised I wanted to do something where I was helping people every day as well as being able to work in an organised space. I enjoy getting out into nature, exercising, and connecting with my family and friends.
I am hoping to gain experience, knowledge, and great memories from the Work Ready team.

Lisa formed Work Ready in 2015 with the ambition of improving peoples work lives. She instills her can-do attitude into everything she does. Before Work Ready, she was an Operations Manager with one of New Zealand's largest manufacturing corporates. Currently, she is the chairperson for Education to Employment in Northland and Northland Brand of Career Development Association New Zealand.

Ko Pauly Selkirk Tōku Ingoa. Originally from Dargaville, I live in Whangarei with my wife Sharlene and I have two adult children. I enjoy hunting, gathering, and camping. I left school at 14 to do a panelbeating apprenticeship, then moved into the dairy industry for 25 years driving milk tankers.
I aim to use my drivinng experience to help young adults to be safe drivers while they gain their Class 1 licence. I plan to gain my 0 endorsement to help interested students move into the Heavy Vehicle industry from Class 1 Full to Classes 2-6.
