START POINT LAW - Key Persons

Rebecca Bristow

I qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and have always practised in the West Country although my clients are spread across the globe. I have dealt with estate administration ranging from the simple to the extremely complex involving multiple farms, businesses, international property and assets overseas. I have assisted with many overseas estates where the deceased died outside the UK but had assets in the UK and the beneficiaries needed help releasing those assets. I have experience of resealing a commonwealth grant of probate or grant of letters of administration or obtaining a UK grant of probate to deal with the UK assets.
