VPM was founded by Glen Tilley in 2018. Before then, Glen spent over 20 years working at two managing agents. He spent his formative years at one of the larger managing agencies, RMG, starting as a Property Manager and progressing to running one of their regional offices. He then moved to Urban Owners as Operations Director, with responsibility for finance, surveying, as well as property management and RTM. Urban Owners was the original leaseholder-lead agency and Glen was pivotal in delivering this new type of property management service to clients. When Urban Owners was bought in 2018, Glen realised his ambition to establish his own agency, knowing that leaseholders themselves know what's best for their block.
