7OAKS TRI CLUB

We are a friendly BTF affiliated triathlon club based in Sevenoaks. We have a busy weekly schedule of training sessions including a core programme consisting of five coached swim sessions, a coached run, three club rides; coached strength & conditioning and indoor Zwift sessions.
