With a resume that includes digital solutions for virtually every industry that processes data, Andreas is an invaluable member of the Ametras USA team. While responsible for the overall technological direction and R&D, Andreas plays a very active role in the often complex and diverse methodologies that make up the core components of our end-to-end solutions.
Andreas is constantly exploring new technologies and mechanisms by which we can improve data extraction, process flow, and data integrity. He has truly turned data extraction and analysis into an art form.

Almost 30 years of experience in the Property Tax and Title industry has given Dan unparalleled access to the means by which technology can improve the day to day processes of virtually any data-driven business. Dan was a pioneer of introducing document imaging into costly and labor-intensive data capture processes as well as the primary application architect behind what was, at it's implementation, the largest free-form OCR/ICR data extraction project to date. Dan was responsible for transitioning large scale data capture processes to multiple offshore resources while allowing for centralized resource and knowledge management to remain with the appropriate Subject Matter Experts onshore. Effectively creating a symbiotic relationship between customer and vendor.
Dan's eye for overall system design and attention to detail ensure that every project, from concept to implementation, is seamlessly integrated into the fabric of existing business processes and Operations.

With over 25 years of Operational and Strategic experience, Dennis is an integral member of the Ametras USA Team. With an extensive background in the highly competitive and complex world of Real Property Title and Tax, Dennis spearheaded many ground-breaking data processes and operational projects on his way to becoming the Director of Operations for the entire US Market for a Fortune 500 Property Title Company, ultimately overseeing the Title and Tax processing for over 600 US counties. Dennis brings to Ametras USA invaluable insight into not only process optimization, but also the unique challenges presented in managing the costliest and labor-intensive department in virtually any business: Operations.
Dennis has the experience and the depth of knowledge to build a bridge between the extensive technical capabilities of Ametras USA and your business.
Lutz brings to Ametras an education focused on IT solutions and infrastructure engineering and a passion for efficient, sustainable solutions. With over 5 years of experience exclusively on our powerful ECM/DMS platform, Lutz is the perfect addition to our team when it comes to managing complex ECM requirements. He has been the architect behind a number of extremely complex ECM projects broad in scope and deep from a requirements perspective. Lutz is able to boil down customer needs into manageable components to ensure a cost-effective and timely production implementation.
Lutz is constantly striving to bring fresh and innovative solutions to the ECM/DMS landscape. His dedication and attention to customer satisfaction will ensure Ametras USA solutions will exceed expectation.
Attention to detail and people management skills are hallmarks of a good Ops Manager and Oana has brought those qualities and more to Ametras Services. Responsible for the day to day operations of our services division, Oana also manages accounts payable, organizational issues and marketing. Her breadth of experience and commitment to quality service ensure that all aspects of Ametras Services Operations are managed to a level that meets or exceeds that of our technological offerings.
Oana is a critical component in ensuring continuity in the level of service for all end-to-end solutions at Ametras USA.

Assembling a team of like-minded individuals who have worked together in one capacity or another for over twenty years, Paul has fostered a sense of loyalty and comradery that is unparalleled in the Software industry. With over 15 years of experience in multiple application development platforms, Stefan has the ability to not only understand customer requirements, but also ask the pointed questions to ensure the customer is really getting what they want out of a system. 20 years of shared experience in both the technical and business analyst realms gives Terry a unique insight into the introduction of technology for business processes. With a career almost entirely focused on process and infrastructure improvement, Terry can evaluate a particular customer need from virtually every angle to recommend the appropriate solution. Terry was not only the infrastructure architect for the largest free-form OCR/ICR data extraction process at that time, but also served as the primary liaison between the Operations subject matter experts and the technology teams. Experience in network administration, data entry and capture processes, as well as data analysis and systems integration, Terry is versed in all facets of business processing, end-to-end.
Terry has wholeheartedly embraced his role as the primary customer interface and takes great personal pride in collaborating with those customers to ensure efficient, effective, and successful implementations.
