Although not always the most common form of management, Servant Leadership is something that I have grown to lead by. As a Front End Supervisor I look at each of my 40+ employees as team members all trying to reach the same goal. Empathy and understanding is necessary to fully optimize performance from every person and part of a project, no matter how insignificant they may think their job is.
