Jim Balmer and I worked with the City of Medicine Hat for many years. Jim was a Police Officer as well as a safety educator. My role with the City was that of Health and Safety Officer. As such I had occasion to use Jim's services for staff safety training; initially for "First Aid" training and then in "Safe Driver" training. Right from the beginning I found Jim's training style informative, professional and engaging. His knowledge of the subject matter is unsurpassed. His preparation and presentation is top notch. Two things about Jim always stood out for me. His incredible ethics and his ability to inspire his audience.
