BALLYCLARE FARM

Ballyclare Farm is located at 40395 Leila Lane, Waterford, Va. We are a low-key boarding and training barn specializing in hunters and jumpers and the retraining of thoroughbred racehorses. We offer boarding, training, lay-up care, foaling services, and sales/consignments. The facility has a large outdoor arena with brand new sand/stone dust blend footing, indoor attached arena with dust-free footing that never requires watering, over sized sand round pen, brand new board fencing, two bathrooms, heated wash-stall, and heated tack room with private lockers. Pastures are well maintained and properly rotated... We believe in as much turn out as possible for stalled horses. During spring and fall horses may be out as much as 23 hours a day, coming in only to eat. If you would like your horse in more arrangements can be made. Fans are provided in the summer and heated buckets in the winter.
