Over the past fourteen years, Justin has developed and established a financial lending model to assist Bodies Corporate in financial distress due to unit owners not paying their levies in terms of The Act. This loan model, at its core, involves a debtors rehabilitation program with a view that paying owners should not be negatively impacted as a result of Body Corporate borrowing. This has yielded fresh innovations in the financial arena of the Sectional Title industry. The phenomenal growth of Sectional Title Body Corporate lending bears testimony to the industry's acceptance of this initiative. Justin has participated and continues to contribute in a number of ground-breaking advancements within the Sectional Title industry. These include his active involvement within the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA) of its growth and funding. He has been instrumental in the development of a code of conduct for Sectional Title Managing Agents, and more recently, the collaboration with the Community Schemes Ombud office in relation to the new regulations pertaining to the new Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act. He has also been awarded an Honorary Life Membership to NAMA. In 2009, Justin assisted with the formation of the BC Specialised Opportunities Fund, which offered a Debenture product to provide funding to Sectional Title Bodies Corporate.

Mark is a Chartered Accountant by profession, completing his articles at Price Waterhouse. He has extensive experience in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Structured Finance, International Tax and Treasury. He has worked for Allied Bank, Rand Merchant Bank, Barlcays (Africa) Plc and First National Bank. Mark assisted in the listing of Company on the Main Board of the JSE, establishing the company's operations from the ground up, as acting Financial Director. Mark managed the company through two reporting periods, with clean audit reports. Mark consults to the business community and has acted as the interim CEO of a company that was in business rescue. Mark is currently the group CFO of the Sectional Title Solutions Group of Companies and is the Company Secretary of Bright Light Solar VCC Ltd.
