Capital City Stucco was established in 1990 by Jeff Harper. Jeff began working in this industry as a sales representative for Sto Corp, and after working there for several years he decided to open his own installation/application company after seeing the need for it. CCS began as a residential company and Jeff decided to switch over to commercial in 1996, and for the past 34+ years CCS has grown & expanded into the company it is today servicing all over the Southeast & Midwest... Since 1990, Capital City Stucco has built its strong reputation and industry leadership position by providing high quality construction services that meet our client's goals, as well as exceed their expectations...
