C-DAC GIST - Programme for Advancing Computer Education (PACE) was developed to impart training in basic and high end multilingual computing with the objective of proliferating the use of Indian languages on the computer. Since January 1996, PACE has been serving as the vehicle to extend the benefits of the products and solutions developed in the R&D labs of GIST to the grass root levels of society. It aims to meet the growing demand of IT skilled human resources in the field of Multi-lingual computing. In this pursuit, GIST has set up Authorized Training Centres in every district/village/municipality of the country, under the brand name of (PACE- Program for Advancing Computer Education) through which it is currently offering over 30 different quality courses in diverse areas of IT through 250 plus authorized training centers countrywide and in-turn providing 30,000 trained manpower every year.Presently, C-DAC offers its various training programmes through its own training centres in..
