Chive and Thyme owners Michelle and Chef Amy have an extensive culinarily background, a true love of food and a deep desire to make people happy. Prior to pooling their talents and opening Chive and Thyme in 2012, both Amy and Michelle worked at Bakers Treat in Flemington for many years, Amy as the Executive Chef and Michelle as Head Catering Coordinator. Both Amy and Michelle have a true passion for food, creating innovative recipes, combining unique flavors and ingredients turning any meal into a one of a kind dining experience.
