As part of ClearSecure's very first Canada-Manitoba Jobs Grant sponsored Glazier program, Bryan is worth the weight in gold as RockGlass manufacturers and installers.
Chris Baker is our fabricator/installer for ClearSecure.
Before this, Chris was an apprentice carpenter and worked along side a concrete crew. During Chris's free time her enjoys participating in outdoor activities with friends and family, and playing video games.
The Glass Industry has been my passion since I was a child. Over 25 years I have had the opportunity to work with some of the best in country. This pushed me to learn incredible things about the industry including many different glass systems. I have spent my career as a lead fabricator / Installer doing very fine custom work
Cody Overton is our shop supervisor. Cody oversees all of our Logistics here at ClearSecure.Cody has been apart of ClearSecure for almost 2 years.When Cody is not busy at work he enjoys streaming movies and bonfires with friends.
Colleen Munro is the President of ClearSecure. Frustrated with ongoing problems with glass breaking on her heavy equipment machines, Ms. Munro founded ClearSecure, in addition to The Munro Group. With over 40 years' experience in the construction industry, constantly raising the bar in standards on safety, security and service! The Munro Group is also the sole owner and President of Hugh Munro Construction Ltd. (HCML), a heavy civil construction company. She has developed many partnerships with Indigenous peoples and signed agreements with a multitude of communities. She brings her expertise and knowledge of this industry to these groups providing education and training with a drive to help them become sustainable. While the heavy construction industry is cyclical in its nature, covering all parts of the Province and locations outside of Manitoba as well.

Kelsey McHolm joined the Munro Group in 2022 as the Marketing Coordinator. Kelsey's main job duties includes managing the social media pages, website updates and other marketing projects. Kelsey has been working as a Marketing coordinator for the last 5 years after graduating from York University.

Lisa joined the Munro Group in 2022 as an assistant to the president. Lisa's main job duties focus on the management president's scheduling meetings, coordinating meetings, filing documents and organizing the president's email system. Lisa has been working as an agency of assistant for a Finical group in Winnipeg for 15 months after she immigrated to Canada.
Melva joined ClearSecure in 2021. Melva's job includes preparing all of the accounting work for ClearSecure and assisting the sales team in preparing the necessary sales/quote log reports for the management. Prior to ClearSecure, Melva worked as a General Accountant with Assiniboine Park Conservancy, a not-for profit organization responsible for the operation of Winnipeg's historic Assiniboine Park and Zoo. Before migrating to Canada, Melva also worked as a Quality Assurance Supervisor of ACS, a Xerox Company for 4 years supervising the audit of Purchasing and Travel & Expense card of one of the company's clients in the US and assisted in the desktop procedures and process improvement.
Richard's roles at ClearSecure include supervising the shop and overseeing sales and execution of heavy equipment related jobs. Richard is passionate about learning newer, better methods of fabrication, and passing them on to others. Outside of the office, Richard enjoys camping and fishing.
Sheila Reda, Administrative Assistant, has been a part of ClearSecure since late 2017. Sheila has spent over 20 years in the retail business and is now responsible for the day-to-day business needs, quotes and taking care of our customers.

Vince Croker, General Manager, joined ClearSecure in late 2021. With over 40 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry, Vince is responsible for the day-to-day operations, including developing marketplace growth and development; working closely with architects to have RockGlass written into and spec'd for new builds as well as the renovation market, and building a strong network of Dealers and Premium RockGlassTM partners.
In Vince's short time at ClearSecure, demand for RockGlass has increased exponentially, as our product is now being manufactured and installed in Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta!
