Kieran Cleary has thirty five years experience in all. He has considerable experience in Litigation cases in the many of the Circuit Courts throughout the country and in the South Eastern High Courts and Dublin High Court. Kieran was educated in the High School Clonmel, Rockwell College Cashel, University College Cork and the Law Society of Ireland.

Roger is a litigation solicitor who represents clients in personal injury* / medical negligence cases* in the Circuit Court and High Court, assists clients with Injuries Board claims* and acts for employees assisting in the resolution of employment disputes against their employers and immigration law matters, such as, with employment permits, visas advice, international protection law and judicial review matters. Roger represents clients in a wide variety of litigation cases be they road traffic accident actions*, occupational injury actions*, fatal injury actions* and defective product actions* both in the Circuit Court and High Court. He has a keen interest in health and safety law acting for clients who are employees and who have sustained occupational injuries* with consequential loss of wages and pension contributions. Roger assists clients with employment law advice and representation at mediations/adjudications for workplace disputes concerning payment of wages, leave entitlements, unfair dismissals actions, redundancy issues and discrimination/harassment actions. Roger also acts for clients in general litigation matters be they defamation actions or defending debtors in Circuit and High Court debt proceedings. Roger is a member of APIL - Association of Personal Injury* Lawyers which is an organisation for personal injury* lawyers. *In contentious business, a solicitor may not calculate fees or other charges as a percentage or proportion of any award or settlement.
