Mr. Cole has been practicing in the area of environmental law for 25 years, and his practice focuses on all legal matters related to the investigation, permitting and remediation of environmental concerns at development and redevelopment sites throughout the United States. He has negotiated a wide-variety of environmental related contracts and documents, and he has established successful, practical, cost-effective, and repeatable due diligence programs to assist clients in effectively managing potential environmental risks and liabilities. Mr. Cole also provides clients with legal support and project management related to remediation activities on behalf of those clients or other responsible third parties, including regulatory agencies. In addition, Mr. Cole will also partner with other real estate attorneys to provide support and experience on complex environmental matters associated with certain real estate transactions, litigation and administrative compliance matters. Along with his core practice of environmental law, Mr. Cole has also developed experience in other practice areas including consulting agreements, zoning, land use, government relations and real estate transactions, among others.
