He's been named a top 100 most influential advisors by Investopedia five times. Prior to joining Cordant, he worked in finance for two Fortune 500 companies. He has a Bachelor's in Finance from Oregon State University, his MBA from Portland State University and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2011.

Kelsey is the Operations Manager at Cordant Wealth Partners. With a passion for efficiency and excellence, Kelsey oversees client operations and establishes departmental processes to optimize performance and enhance client satisfaction. In addition to implementing strategic initiatives and integrating new technology systems for the team, Kelsey assists in promoting engaging marketing content and facilitating educational webinars for Cordant.
Her journey at Cordant began as a Client Service Administrator from 2014 to 2016, before she relocated to Richmond, Virginia with her husband. There, she gained valuable experience as a Portfolio Management Associate and Business Development Manager with Heritage Wealth Advisors before rejoining the Cordant team in 2019.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
Ryan is an Associate Advisor at Cordant Wealth Partners. He is actively pursuing his Certified Financial Planner designation with Boston University.
Prior to joining Cordant, Ryan worked for 15 years at Nike, Inc. across various apparel product creation categories as a Product Line Manager. One of his greatest accomplishments was when Rory McIlroy won the 2014 Open Championship in apparel that he and the team worked tirelessly to create. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration - Sports Marketing with a minor in Economics from the University of Oregon.

Scott is an Advisor at Cordant Wealth Partners. He contributes regularly to Cordant's blog and routinely presents on topics related to financial planning. Scott is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Oregon and SW Washington, and leads Cordant's internal Financial Planning Committee.
In 2014, Scott earned the Certified Financial Planner designation. Prior to joining Cordant, Scott worked at Confluence Wealth Advisors in an advisory role and started his career in San Francisco in an operational role with Bingham, Osborn & Scarborough, LLC. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Oregon.
