Brooke is a native Floridian born and raised in Pinellas county, currently residing in Gilchrist county and has previously lived in Hernando and Citrus counties. After earning her Bachelors degree in Environmental Science and Policy she worked for the FL Park Service as a Park Ranger for 5 years expanding her knowledge of Florida's beautiful natural resources and educating all ages of park visitors through field trips and trail walks. While working for FPS she was introduced to her lifetime passion of wildland firefighting. Since 2014 she has enjoyed prescribed burning throughout Florida and assists in the control of wildfires all across the country.
Brooke met her husband on a prescribed fire and after getting married the couple started their own fire contracting company, Sandpine Alliance, which they still operate today. In 2017 they went on a mission trip to South Sudan Africa. After seeing the needs of villagers they started a non profit organization to raise money for orphans they met in Sudanese villages. With God's blessings and support from donors they have been able to provide young women education that would not be possible for them to receive otherwise. The non-profit also supports women and children in achieving food security.
Needless to say, Brooke is passionate about helping others, and she is especially excited to help when it comes to real estate! Cameron has been a proud Floridian for most of his life, with fifteen years spent in Gainesville. He recently moved to Alachua with his wife to enjoy a slower pace of life and be closer to family and friends. His time spent in North Central Florida, specifically in Gainesville and the surrounding areas, gives him unique insight and knowledge of the region.
Cameron graduated from the University of Florida and worked as a technical writer in the biotechnology industry. During his time in biotech, he was very interested in investing, leading him to real estate. As time passed, Cameron decided it was time to switch careers to something he has a genuine interest in that would allow him to connect with and help others directly.
Another interest of Cameron's is e-commerce; he has over 16 years experience buying and selling online. His experience in e-commerce has taught him skills such as negotiation, product research, and product listing. Cameron also has many hobbies. Currently, his favorite hobbies include pickleball, biking, and drone photography.

Sheryl is married, to Richard I. Eddie Jr., has five daughters and two grandsons and one granddaughter. Three daughters and their two grandsons live in Gainesville.
In the 30 years Sheryl has lived in Gainesville, she has been deeply involved in the community, especially in organization that deals with the welfare of children. Those who have worked with Sheryl know she is known for getting things done. She takes action and is results oriented. Many of the projects she has worked on have truly had a positive impact on the community. By bringing together businesses, partner agencies, volunteers from various civic clubs and student organizations, these projects have been very successful.
