David S. Toback is a Tampa-area lawyer with offices in Tampa and St. Petersburg who concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and probate, with an emphasis on tax planning, asset protection and business succession planning. Mr. Toback also helps his clients with business entity formation and commercial transactions, tax preparation matters and the resolution of tax controversies. His entire legal career has been focused on estate planning and tax matters for individuals and businesses. David Toback obtained his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida in 1994, graduating magna cum laude. He then earned his juris doctor law degree in 1997 from Washington & Lee University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. In 2008, Mr. Toback earned the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) from The American College for Financial Planning, demonstrating expertise in estate planning based on the passage of extensive coursework and rigorous examinations. After graduating law school, Mr. Toback went to work for Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P./PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P. as a State and Local Tax Manager, where he developed and implemented tax-saving strategies for businesses and individuals in a wide variety of tax and tax-related areas. He also conducted audit negotiations with state departments of revenue and prepared a variety of tax returns, including federal and state income tax returns, sales/use tax returns, and intangibles tax returns. After five years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Toback entered private practice with a boutique tax law firm in Tampa, focusing on trusts and estates for high net worth individuals, tax law and business law. Mr. Toback practiced with the firm for almost ten years before establishing his own law office in Tampa.

Jessica Anderson began her professional career in her family's Pinellas County based company, working as an administrative assistant full time and then eventually switching to part time as her family began to grow. Taking time away from the work force, Jessica focused her energies on the care and home education of her three children. She took occasional part-time job opportunities or volunteer roles as they presented themselves, including assistant dance instructor and back stage manager for a Pinellas County dance studio her children were involved in from 2000 - 2010 and office administrator and acrobatics instructor at a dance studio in Pasco County from 2011 - 2014 where her children continued their training. Jessica has been an active presence in the homeschool community for over 15 years. She developed a popular dance program in 2010 at a homeschool cooperative in Pinellas County. Additionally, she was asked to join their team as volunteer administrative support. The organization formed a non-profit in 2015, Love of Learning Families, where she continues to hold a position as a board member. Her homeschool dance program is still thriving, with all three of her children teaching with/for her at various times. She decided to follow her entrepreneurial genes and start her own family business in 2014, along with her business partner and longtime friend. Vibe Dance Center, located in Largo, FL, has been providing quality dance instruction in a nurturing and friendly environment since then. She continues teaching, but mostly works on the administrative and managerial needs of the company. In addition, she serves as one of the Artistic Directors, continuing to guide and share her vision of the future for dance education. Jessica joined the team at David Toback, Esq. in 2018 and has been fervently honing her administrative and legal assistant skills since then to help support this rapidly growing law firm.
