Betsy Hood is an extremely focused and organized professional who uses her skills to organize people and organizations to get things done. She has experience in association management, government, nonprofit foundations, community organizations, and business. Betsy recently worked as an operations director for a foundation. Her training as a lawyer helps her identify key issues and work to resolve them. Betsy has training in mediation which helps her seek solutions that work for everyone involved. She is passionate about Duke basketball and enjoys cooking.

Jason Hood has extensive experience in leading organizations in public, private, and nonprofit settings. He began his career in strategic planning and human resources development. He was a litigator with a large law firm before embarking on a 20 year career as general counsel and senior executive of several global companies. Jason has experience with corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, legal and risk management, compliance, corporate real estate, aviation, and has served as a chief legal officer and chief administrative officer. He has advised boards of directors, audit committees, and senior executives. Jason has served on nonprofit boards as a director and audit committee member. He has developed successful teams in small and large organizations, and he enjoys coaching people to achieve their goals. Jason maintains a separate law practice. He is passionate about Scouts and enjoys wood working.
