Abby joined our Mall-Wood branch back in 2009 after being a full time mum.
Even though she's a rock chick at heart, she can't resist a night in with good food, a glass of wine and a chick flick.

Angela works in our Mall-Wood branch as a Building Society Clerk.
Helping to start the company in 1997, Darren is one of Drayton Insurance's directors - and works directly with our Personal Lines team.
After travelling around the world, David now works as part of our accounts department.
As one of the Senior Account Executives in our commercial team, David assists clients across a wide range of industries, but having a particular specialism in the construction sector.
David has clients that have dealt with him for many years due to his excellent personal service and his approach in obtaining them the best possible deal.
Outside of the office, David is often found out on the golf course, working on his swing, or following his favourite team Chelsea FC.
David joined the Norwich office in January 2014 bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles as a Commercial Director at a Top 50 UK Insurance Broker as well as senior positions within a UK Insurer.
As well as being an avid follower of all types of sport, David was the captain of the Norfolk Hockey team and enjoyed playing golf in his spare time until he was forced to undergo a shoulder replacement in April 2018.
Although David has a wide ranging knowledge of Commercial Insurance, he specialises within the Construction and Manufacturing sectors.
Natasha joined Drayton insurance in February 2018, after spending 5 years working for national insurers and brokers in the Norfolk area.
Having built up a solid foundation of insurance knowledge, Natasha has taken over the management of the Property Owners Scheme working closely with the Eastern Landlords Association to look after their members.
Always keen to take opportunities as they arise, Natasha has also exhibited at local trade and networking events, as well as building strong relationships with key underwriters.
Natasha is currently on track to complete her Cert CII qualification by the end of the year.
Away from the office, Natasha is a qualified dancer, performing in shows both at home and internationally. Natasha may be temporarily hanging up her dancing shoes as she is currently expecting her first child.

Having worked for Drayton Insurance for several years, Peter is a highly experienced member of our Personal Lines department.
Specialising in both Personal and Commercial insurance, Richard is in charge of our Aylsham office.
Ryan joined the Personal Lines team at Drayton in 2017 after building his insurance knowledge foundations at a local office of a national broker.
He specialises in Agricultural Motor Insurance, looking after the Horsebox Insurance scheme, as well as assisting colleagues in all other Personal Lines products.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys visiting the independent public houses and breweries dotted around the local area as well as visiting CAMRA reviewed locations around the country.
When at home, Ryan enjoys working on computers having previously studied computer programming and coding.
Shannon joined the team in October 2018, after having spent almost 5 years within the motor department at Aviva, in both client facing and managerial roles.
As part of her role, Shannon assists in the administration of our property owners scheme, in conjunction with the Eastern Landlords Association ensuring that their members have the correct covers for their rental properties.
Shannon is currently studying towards her Cert CII and hopes to complete this qualification within the next 12 months.
In her spare time, Shannon enjoys socialising with friends and family or curling up with a good book and a cuppa.
Drayton was established in 1997 By Susan Howard and Darren Walsgrove with ambitions to become a major business in East Anglia.
Because of our financial strength built over the last decade we have been able to make substantial acquisitions to the business adding Penfold Insurance (Aylsham) to the group in 2003, Mall-Wood Insurance Services (Ipswich) in 2011 and Poringland insurance Services (South Norwich) in 2013.
With 4 offices across East Anglia, employing 30 people, and with a multi-million pound turnover we continue to strive to become the broker of choice in East Anglia.
Tom joined the team at Drayton in early December 2018 on an apprenticeship through Norwich City College and as a part of this, he is currently working his way toward completion of his CII Certificate in Insurance.
As a member of the Personal Lines department, Tom is building his knowledge up across multiple products, whilst specialising in Home and Motor insurance.
Outside of the office, Tom is a keen Norwich City football fan and also plays for Wroxham Football Club, alongside Norwich City FC Veterans Grant Holt and Simon Lappin.
With years of experience in the insurance industry, Tony works as part of our Personal Lines department in our Drayton office.
