Services range from CFO & Controller level advisory services to full-cycle accounting. Services include, but are not limited to, cashflow management and forecasting, budgets & forecast preparation, operational modeling, process documentation, monthly management and BOD reporting, vendor negotiations, contract review, management and oversight of external audit and tax processes, etc.
