Anthony (Tony) Macauley is an associate attorney in our firm's Pasadena office. He practices workers' compensation defense over the entire Los Angeles basin. Mr. Macauley was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1987 and became a certified specialist in the field of worker's compensation in 1993. He worked at only two other defense firms before coming to Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin.

Bernadette M. O'Brien is a Partner at Floyd Skeren Manukian Langevin, LLP, managing attorney of the Employment Law Department, and an SPHR certified Human Resources Consultant.
Ms. O'Brien represents employers in employment related disputes before the California Civil Rights Department (CRD), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the California Labor Commissioner, including claims related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. Ms. O'Brien also provides HR consultation to employers, human resource administrators, and risk managers on a myriad of HR topics including compliance with federal, state and local employment related laws; EEO compliance; AB 1825 Sexual Harassment training; managing leaves of absence pursuant to FMLA/CFRA, PDL and paid sick time; disability, accommodation and the interactive process; and performance, discipline and termination. Ms. O'Brien also conducts management and employee training sessions throughout California on numerous workplace topics.

David G. Graziani is an associate attorney in our firm's Complex Litigation and General Liability Defense Departments, working out of the Westlake Village office. Mr. Graziani is a seasoned litigator with over 20 years of total legal experience.
Early in his career, he worked for a large AM 100 New York City law firm, gaining valuable litigation and corporate transactional experience. Mr. Graziani has advised both regional, national, and international corporations and individuals in complex litigation and corporate transactional matters in the areas of Insurance, Employment, Entertainment, Media, Fashion, Real Estate, Civil Rights and General Commercial Business law.
Specifically, he has worked on complex commercial litigation involving the following claims: employment discrimination and wage and hour, insurance coverage, SIU fraud related investigations, trademark, trade dress, copyright infringement (Lanham Act Claims), contractual disputes, deceptive business practices, business interference, trade secret violations, false advertising, fraud, wrongful foreclosure, and personal injury. Furthermore, he has experience filing Writs of Petitions in California Superior Court in Civil Rights cases, as well as leading many insurance related fraud investigations.
He represents employers on labor and employment law matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, privacy claims, wrongful termination, and wage & hour violations.
Mr. Graziani graduated from University of Pennsylvania in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, and University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2001 with a Juris Doctor degree. He is licensed and in good-standing to practice law in California and New York, and before all United States District Courts in California, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York.
