Anastasia Mifsud graduated from University of Malta as s Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in 2008. She obtained Master of Laws specialising in Health Law and Environmental Law from University of Sydney in 2009.
Anastasia Mifsud joined the firm in 2010 and her areas of practice are corporate law, taxation, registration of pharmaceuticals, EU funding.
Christian joined Grech & Ghaznavi Advocates in 2018 as a legal trainee. He successfully graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree after having submitted his thesis entitled "The Judicial Discretion in the Quantification of Lucrum Cessans: An Analysis", and has graduated with a Master of Advocacy degree from the University of Malta.
His main areas of focus within the firm are Civil law, Property law, Employment and Industrial Relations Law and Succession law. He is also interested in Tort law, Personal Injury and Corporate law.
Christian is fluent in Maltese, English, Italian and possesses a basic understanding of French
Dr Jessica Formosa joined Grech & Ghaznavi Advocates in 2019 as a legal trainee. She successfully graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree after having submitted her thesis entitled "The Private Residential Leases Act: Ambiguities and Possible Improvements", and has graduated as a valedictorian in the Master of Advocacy, placing first in the course. She was admitted to the bar in 2023.
Dr Kirsty Muscat joined Grech & Ghaznavi Advocates in 2021 as a legal trainee. She successfully graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree after having submitted her thesis entitled "Can The Right To A Fair Trial Be Compromised By Prejudicial News Media : An Analysis of High Profile Cases".

Dr. Michael Grech graduated from the University of Malta with a Doctorate of Laws in 2002 and was admitted to the bar in 2003.
Dr. Shaheryar Ghaznavi attained Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration and Economic in Richmond University in London in 1990 and graduated as a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2002 and was admitted to the Bar in 2003.
Dr. Ghaznavi commenced practice as an Associate in Herrera, Herrera & Giglio Advocates. Subsequently in 2008 he was one of the partners of RCSM Legal. In 2010, together with Dr. Michael Grech he was one of the founding partners of Grech & Ghaznavi Advocates.
Dr. Ghaznavi specialises in areas of corporate and commercial practice. His area of specialization includes formation of companies; reviewing contracts, particularly in relation to liability, commercial risk management and enforceability; providing assistance in the formulation of commercial strategies for clients in the structure and management of their transactions as well as advising on commercial disputes, drafting contracts to reflect sophisticated contractual arrangements.
Dr. Ghaznavi has extensive practice experience in the Criminal Courts, where he has defended a wide range of offences.
Dr. Ghaznavi also provides advice and conducts litigation in variety of areas including employment contracts, redundancy, industrial disputation and disciplinary proceedings. His field of expertise also includes immigration matters and international law.

Dr. Alicia Camilleri graduated as a Doctor of Laws in 2010 after reading law at the University of Malta. She was admitted to the Bar in April 2011.
Dr. Alicia Camilleri joined the firm as an associate in 2010 and her fields of practice covers various areas including civil law, family law, property law, criminal law, and employment law.
Dr. Neil Harrison is a former Assistant Commissioner and had served as Head of the Malta Police anti-Drugs Squad. Throughout his 25 years of active service, he was involved in sensitive, high profile and cross border drug trafficking and money laundering investigations and prosecutions, before retiring in 2015.
He has also been appointed as an advisor to Identity Malta Agency on legal matters in relation Civil Status Registration, Passports, Citizenship, Expatriate Affairs and Visas.
