She was admitted to the bar in 2023.

Dr Shaheryar Ghaznavi

Dr. Shaheryar Ghaznavi attained Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration and Economic in Richmond University in London in 1990 and graduated as a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2002 and was admitted to the Bar in 2003. Dr. Ghaznavi commenced practice as an Associate in Herrera, Herrera & Giglio Advocates. Subsequently in 2008 he was one of the partners of RCSM Legal. In 2010, together with Dr. Michael Grech he was one of the founding partners of Grech & Ghaznavi Advocates. Dr. Ghaznavi specialises in areas of corporate and commercial practice. His area of specialization includes formation of companies; reviewing contracts, particularly in relation to liability, commercial risk management and enforceability; providing assistance in the formulation of commercial strategies for clients in the structure and management of their transactions as well as advising on commercial disputes, drafting contracts to reflect sophisticated contractual arrangements. Dr. Ghaznavi has extensive practice experience in the Criminal Courts, where he has defended a wide range of offences. Dr. Ghaznavi also provides advice and conducts litigation in variety of areas including employment contracts, redundancy, industrial disputation and disciplinary proceedings. His field of expertise also includes immigration matters and international law.

Dr. Neil Harrison

Dr. Neil Harrison is a former Assistant Commissioner and had served as Head of the Malta Police anti-Drugs Squad. Throughout his 25 years of active service, he was involved in sensitive, high profile and cross border drug trafficking and money laundering investigations and prosecutions, before retiring in 2015. He has also been appointed as an advisor to Identity Malta Agency on legal matters in relation Civil Status Registration, Passports, Citizenship, Expatriate Affairs and Visas.
