Great South Bay Yacht Racing Association, a regional sailing organization located on the south shore of Long Island, NY, welcomes sailors of all ages and abilities to participate in sailing activities! Organized in 1906 GSBYRA is a not-for-profit, sailing organization where fellow sailors race, share and explore educational experiences building boats, promote on the water safety, and enjoy the camaraderie of maritime heritage at social events. Together the member clubs of GSBYRA coordinate a schedule that includes weekend Invitational racing in one-design classes and PHRF boats, Friday Junior class racing, Race Week, Junior Race Week, and GSBYRA Championships.
