Hilary has been Florida Bar member since 1998, and a full-time mediator since 2012. She is certified by the Florida Supreme Court to mediate any circuit civil or appellate matter in Florida, and by the U.S. District Court to mediate federal cases. Hilary is a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, and a longtime member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN) and the Florida Circuit-Civil Mediator Society. She chaired the Hillsborough County Bar Association ADR Section from 2013 to 2015.
