Huntington University of Health Sciences was founded in 1985 as the American Academy of Nutrition, to meet the tremendous demand for a credible distance education program in nutrition. In 2018, the name was changed to Huntington University of Health Sciences (HUHS) to reflect the expanded academic offerings... We are also very proud of the fact that HUHS is the first nutrition distance education college to attain accreditation by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission, the first accrediting agency for distance education recognized by the U.S. Department of Education... Huntington University of Health Sciences offers accredited, online nutrition degrees, programs, and certificate courses.
