Anand supports & leads IVL, as the Advisory Consultant for Digital Products & Services.His work experience proves his passion towards software product development.
He has been instrumental and involved in designing the architecture of SAP add-on products. He also has wide expertise in both the government-based as well as the private sector. He has served the position of the Head of the Software Development Cell, Corps of EME, Indian Army. He also has previous experience of holding the position of General Manager/ VP at IVL India Pvt Ltd and the Sr. VP at Synergy Log-in Systems Limited. He holds his post-graduation in M.Tech from IIT Madras.

Dr. Nitin Chikhale, is a PhD holder having written his thesis on the contemporary subject of Customer Experience.
A Fellow Cost & Management Accountant and MBA (Fin), with experience of 4 decades across industries, levels and geographies, Nitin has balanced expertise in management consulting, project management, finance & accounts, new market development and, IT Consulting. He developed his skills working in various organizations across the world (BeNeLux, Sri Lanka, UAE, Iran, South East Asia) and performing various roles in Business Analysis & Consulting, Project Execution & Management, SAP/ERP, Management Consulting and Change Management, and, Image Management and Training. He has been involved in some key projects (BPR, SAP & Business Integration) in India and across the world. He has been associated with some of the best organizations in the world e.g. Crompton Greaves, Walt Disney, ING, Siemens, SAP, KEANE (NTT), etc.
Over the last decade, Nitin has leveraged his market and customer experience to advising start-ups in setting up their venture. He is now advising companies on ‘turn-around strategy' with global markets in mind.

Jiju is a core technology evaluator and an active participant of the FOSS world. During his 30 years of career, he has implemented combinations of Free and Open Source Software to multiple walks of life, which includes Publishing, Information Technology and Cloud.
He is the co-founder of Amazon Webservices User Group in Trivandrum. He has taken interest in implementing cutting edge technologies for many MNCs and brands. Currently Jiju is the Advisor - Cloud computing for IVL and in charge of Cloud Services and R&D.
Neeraj comes to us with a rich & diverse experience of 33yrs in Automobile Manufacturing and Oils & Lubricants during which he handled the Materials, Sales, Marketing, OEM Business, IT, International Business Development, and Projects functions. He is a post graduate in Business Management and Economics. He is also an SAP Certified MM Consultant, has completed ITIL Foundation and has exposure to Oracle PL/SQL and Project Management (PMP).

Rajesh Thampy is responsible for the enterprise business applications and technical operations of the company. During his 20 year old career, Rajesh has supported clients in better understanding their industries and adjacencies, competitors and relative position in order to identify and exploit avenues for more rapid growth and enhanced performance.
Rajesh has worked extensively in Design, Development, Documentation, Data migration and Post implementation support. He has rich experience in management of several end-to-end projects and product implementations.
He has led technical teams of various sizes and is experienced in various interfacing techniques between SAP and other third party products. He possesses professional degree in Electronics Engineering and SAP certification.

Rine comes with over two decades of expertise in SAP domain. He has played crucial role in setting up a strong product engineering practice for IVL.
He has architected various SAP Add-on products named ProActivate, OptiMobility and OptiExim, which has been accepted in the large number of SAP customer installed based across the world. Apart from this, Rine brings to the organization a wealth of experience in SAP business with Managing SAP projects, SAP consultancy, and multiple client engagements.
Sumeet is a graduate engineer in information technology from India's leading engineering college. He had brief stints in Microsoft and SAP India. He is a SAP Certified ABAP consultant and has 10+ years of experience in working for large multinational organizations - ATOS India, Deloitte- US consulting before joining IVL. Sumeet is having competencies in managing large complex SAP development and implementation projects and was one of the first to be part of SAP HANA projects. Currently, he looks after IVL's Mumbai delivery center and drives few strategic initiatives of the company.
Sunil Gupta - Founder, Managing Director
Serial entrepreneur having rich experience in handling large Information technology projects, building high technology software projects, product development and services companies from startups to listed company. Diversified expertise in leading hands-on in business, managing change, developing strategic business plans, and guiding global operations and teams throughout India, Singapore, Australia, Europe and the United States. Proven track record as a visionary technology strategist, CXO level selling, IT consultant and enterprise business application expert.
During last few years he has been actively involved in Startup ecosystem and has made investment as angel investor in multiple high technology oriented companies.
He was also visiting professor to India's top management College - IIM -Taught, groomed and mentored the brightest management students of India.
Held several Leadership positions in professional bodies and associations - Advisory council and IT task force of Kerala Government and CII.
