Aaron L. Michelman's law practice is entirely focused on obtaining justice for those who have suffered serious personal injuries or death as the result of another's negligence.
Aaron received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia and his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University-New Orleans, where he was a student practitioner in the Loyola Law Clinic.
Aaron's law practice is solely dedicated to helping injury victims obtain justice. As an experienced litigator in Georgia State and Federal Courts, Aaron has helped thousands of clients obtain millions of dollars in compensation for injuries suffered in automobile and trucking collisions, as well as slip and fall, premise liability, dog bite, misfiled prescriptions, and medical malpractice incidents.
Many of these matters were successfully litigated in Georgia State and Federal Courts, and his results have been published in the Georgia Trial Reporter. Aaron was selected by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for 2014, 2015, and 2016. He was also recognized as "10 Best Client Satisfaction- 2015" by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys. Aaron's work has been recognized by Georgia Super Lawyers (2014, 2015) and published in the Georgia Trial Reporter. He is also licensed to practice law in Louisiana.
Adam Kemmerick graduated in 2005 from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Journalism and New Media Interdisciplinary Certification. He was honored as a student speaker at the UGA College of Family of Consumer Sciences Graduation Ceremony, delivering "A Student Challenge." He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University College of Law in 2010.
Adam has always been a fierce advocate for justice and equity. While in law school, Adam worked for the Georgia Innocence Project, working to help exonerate individuals wrongfully convicted of crimes they did not commit. He also achieved many awards in law school, obtaining CALI Excellence for the Future Awards individually for both Criminal Procedure and Advanced Evidence. As a member of the Georgia State College of Law Student Trial Lawyers Association Mock Trial Team, Adam was a Regional Champion, placing 1st in the Southeast Regional for the 2010 American Association for Justice Student Trial Advocacy Competition. He and his team then advanced through the quarterfinals, ultimately placing 5th in the country at the National Finals held in New Orleans.
After law school, Adam began his legal career in criminal law fighting for the common man. He battled hard for clients accused of everything from traffic violations to murder and earned a reputation as a zealous advocate in the courtroom for all people, especially the underserved, no matter their economic or social station in life. With an impeccable jury trial acquittal rate, in 2016 and 2017 he was named "Top 40 Under 40" by The National Trial Lawyers for criminal law in Georgia.
A believer that economic justice is vital, Adam understands how injuries and health burdens can be devastating to families and derail people's lives. In 2018, Adam transitioned from criminal law to personal injury to help people obtain economic justice from the insurance companies and other individuals who view the average person as nothing but numbers on spreadsheets. He has since been obtaining just compensation for clients in metro Atlanta and all over Georgia.
Alejandra Mejia was born in Bogota, Colombia and grew up in Gwinnett County. She graduated from the University of Georgia magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American and Caribbean Studies. While she attended the University of Georgia, she was able to study abroad at Oxford University where a course in British Common Law sparked her interest in a law career.
Alejandra received her law degree from Emory University School of Law in May 2019. During her time at Emory, Alejandra was involved in various organizations, including the Immigration Law Practice Society and the Latin American Law Student Association. Within the Immigration Law Practice Society, she held the positions of Treasurer and Vice President of the organization. She was also a staff editor of the Journal of Law and Religion.
Before joining John Foy and Associates, Alejandra practiced family law and criminal defense in the metro Atlanta area where she learned the importance of effective advocacy and client communication. With her multiple years litigating and negotiating high conflict cases, she brings a wide range of skills and creative problem solving to obtain the best results for her clients.
Alonzo Davis is a native of South Carolina. He attended Anderson University, where he graduated as a member of the distinguished Denmark Society.
He attended law school at Liberty University in Virginia. While at Liberty, he was a member of the Moot Court, Mock Trial and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) national competition teams. He served as a member of the Dean's Diversity Council and served on the Student Bar Association, being elected as 1L Class Senator, Vice President and President.
Alonzo began his career in Chicago, where he focused on white collar criminal defense as an associate with the leading expert on the federal sentencing guidelines. Since his move to Atlanta, his practice has focused on tort law, including personal injury.
When not fighting for his clients, Alonzo focuses his spare time on social justice initiatives, volunteering his time and skills to assist community activists. In his free time he also enjoys spending time with his dog (Duke), playing with his kickball and softball team and fishing.
Alonzo is admitted to practice law in the states of Georgia and Illinois. He is also licensed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of both states.
Amit K. Patel grew up in London, England, moving to the United States in 1999 with his family. Upon graduating from the University of Georgia, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate, he attended John Marshall Law School. While in law school, he excelled, participating on the mock trial team competing in nationwide competitions. He won numerous awards for his performances in the competitions.
After graduating from law school, his focus turned to the services he performed as a consumer advocate. He represented clients in business litigation matters and Bankruptcy. In addition, he dedicated time to assisting clients with Immigration and Family Law matters. His interests provided him with the opportunity to work with communities to educate them on the law. He joined John Foy & Associates, welcoming the opportunity to zealously advocate for injured parties. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, travelling, and reading.
He is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has been admitted to the U.S. Northern District of Georgia. He is also a member of the South Asian Bar Association. Amit is also fluent in the Gujarati language.

A native of Walton County, Georgia, Andrew graduated Magna Cum Laude, with degrees in Journalism and Political Science from Georgia State University, where he announced soccer games and was a disc jockey on WRAS, the largest non-commercial radio station in the United States. After working in the private sector, he attended Georgia State University, College of Law, where he worked as a Student Attorney for the HeLP Clinic, a program designed to provide legal assistance to families with children in the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta system. While in law school, Andrew also worked for Hon. Shawn LaGrua in Fulton County Superior Court, assisting on both civil and criminal matters.
After law school, Andrew opened a small private practice, serving as managing partner of a consumer protection firm in Marietta, Georgia, primarily litigating cases in Federal Court and in arbitration proceedings.
Andrew is a member of the Georgia Bar since 2014. He is also licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Attorneys.
He resides in Cobb County with his wife and two small children. Andrew currently serves as the Vice-President for his Homeowner's Association and as President of a tax-exempt, nonprofit corporation and scholarship fund. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys seeing live music, hiking, and especially, snow skiing.
Brandy S. Citizen is a graduate of Spelman College in Atlanta, GA, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following the completion of her undergraduate studies, Brandy returned to her home state of Louisiana to pursue a Juris Doctorate at Southern University Law Center. During that time, Brandy had the privilege to study international and human rights law abroad in London, England. She also served as an intern with the New York Division of Human Rights and Emory University's Child Welfare Clinic. Immediately after law school, Brandy's love of the public interest and advocacy sector landed her an unforgettable position as a legislative aide for the city of New Orleans, during the city's traumatic post-Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts.
Brandy has experience in the practice areas of Child Advocacy, Personal Injury, Longshore and Harbor Worker's Compensation, Defense Base Act claims, War Hazards Compensation Act claims, and Social Security Disability. For over a decade, Brandy has centered her focus on Social Security Disability law, and has appeared before countless administrative law judges across the United States, while representing thousands of clients in their quest for disability benefits.
Outside of zealously advocating for her clients in the courtroom, you will find Brandy performing her other full-time job as a proud boy-mom to her two sons. She is an avid New Orleans Saints fan, a yoga enthusiast, and a coffee connoisseur.
Charles E. Johnson, III ("Trip") joined Foy & Associates in 2014. His practice focuses exclusively on the most serious personal injury claims on behalf of the firm. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Rhodes College in 1988. Since graduating from Emory University School of Law in 1991, Trip's practice has been focused primarily on personal injury litigation for both plaintiff and defense.
After beginning his career with a small firm in Macon, Georgia, Trip served as in-house counsel for Travelers Insurance Company, St. Paul Insurance Company, and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. He has also used his insurance defense knowledge and experience to represent many injured plaintiffs throughout his career.
Cheslyn M. Green, a Georgia native, graduated from the University of Georgia in 2001 - receiving a joint Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. She also holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Florida State University Askew School of Public Administration and Policy. Later, in 2013, she graduated from Western Michigan Cooley Law School upon completion of a Juris Doctorate Degree.
Prior to joining John Foy & Associates, Cheslyn served as an Assistant District Attorney in both the Dougherty County and Brunswick Judicial Circuit's. In this role, her prosecutorial work ranged from Domestic Violence and Theft cases to Vehicular Homicide, Fraud, Armed Robbery and other violent crimes.
Outside of the office, Cheslyn enjoys volunteering in the community through food and clothing drives, spending time with family and friends, meditating, and spending the occasional weekend afternoon at her favorite outdoor firing range.
Cynthia Craig is a native of Pennsylvania. She received an Honors Bachelor's degree in Psychology with High Distinction from Pennsylvania State University - The Behrend College. She also received a master's degree in clinical psychology from Edinboro University. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from New England Law Boston, where she served as an editor of the New England Law Review. While still in law school, Cynthia was a judicial intern at the Massachusetts Court of Appeals. After graduating, she was hired as a law clerk for the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
Prior to joining the firm, Cynthia represented utility companies in litigation stemming from catastrophic natural gas and electric-related fires, explosions, and accidents. She has also represented corporations in complex commercial litigation matters involving allegations of negligence, fraud, breach of contract, breach of warranty, and in SEC investigations. She now utilizes that experienced to inform her representation of people that are injured by the negligence of others.
Cynthia brought her fanatical support for the Boston Red Sox with her when she moved to Atlanta. She also supports the Atlanta Braves by attending as many games as she can. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, hiking with her dogs (Bobby John and Fenway) and playing league bocce.

Daphne Duplessis Saddler was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She attended the University of Massachusetts, where she obtained a degree in Political Science. She then moved to Gainesville, Florida and attended the University of Florida law school, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate.
After graduating law school, Daphne served as a Criminal Defense Attorney with the Public Defender's Office in Lake City, Florida. She handled misdemeanor and felony cases. She also handled juvenile cases. She served as lead trial attorney in cases ranging from simple theft to drug trafficking and assault with firearm.
Daphne later served as a Civil Litigation Attorney at a well-regarded insurance defense firm in Gainesville, Florida. She defended against personal injury claims, construction defect claims, and premises liability claims.
In 2016, Daphne moved to Georgia to be closer to family members. She worked for a personal injury firm where she handled car-wreck cases and premises liability cases. She fought for her injured Clients from beginning to end and represented her Clients zealously. In 2019, we welcomed Daphne to John Foy & Associates.
Daphne enjoys traveling, art museums, mystery-thriller novels, Soca and Zouk and other international music genres, spending time with family, and volunteering with non-profit organizations.
Dierdra Williams is a native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Dierdra graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Law, Juris Doctorate with Moot Court and Dean's List honors. She is also a graduate of North Carolina State University, where she attained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude. There she made the Dean's List, became a Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society member, was accepted into Golden Key National Honor Society, and the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society.
As an experienced and passionate litigator with over 19 years of legal mastery, she brings a wealth of creative and pragmatic advocacy to safeguard the rights of injured Georgians. Dierdra has acted as lead counsel in numerous cases, specializing in motor vehicle accidents, work-related accidents, slip and falls, dangerous conditions at a premise, product liability, dog bites, general negligence, and property damage.
Dierdra has represented both plaintiffs and defendants and knows how to win fights (both with a smile and with a dagger). Most noteworthy, she was entrenched for six years in-house as a subrogation manager at Progressive Insurance Company, routinely handling litigation, discovery, mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials. Most recently, Dierdra was responsible for supervising litigation at a major company, which specializes in representing various insurance companies. This collective experience working with insurance companies gives her a unique and powerful road map in dealing with insurance companies, which translates to the best and highest settlements.
She is Member of State Bar of Georgia since November 2000 and was admitted to practice in the State Court of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia, Middle District of Georgia, and Northern District Court of Georgia. She is also a member of the State Bar of Tennessee.

Duncan M. Harle graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1993 - receiving a Bachelor of Science degree. He later graduated from a joint program between the University of South Carolina and the College of Charleston - completing a Master's degree in Public Administration. Thereafter, in 2002, he graduated from John Marshall Law School upon completion of a Juris Doctorate Degree. While in law school, Mr. Harle was named to Who's Who in American Law School Students and served as an officer in the Student Bar Association and as a member of the ATLA Regional Trial Competition team.
Mr. Harle lives in Atlanta and served as President of his Homeowners Association from 2008 to 2010, he is a former member of the Executive Committee for his Neighborhood Planning Unit, and serves as a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher and Director at Second Ponce de Leon Baptist Church. In 2013, he was named to serve on the Northwest Atlanta Library Public Art Community Selection Panel, and was also named to the John Marshall Law School Alumni Board. Mr. Harle serves on the Board of Trustee's for the Day1 Radio Network, and he serves as a Flotilla Staff Officer in the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. Duncan enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, running, and weightlifting. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and is licensed in all courts in Georgia, including the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
H. Christopher Gill is a native of Chicago, Illinois, and has represented injured workers throughout Georgia for the past seven years in all aspects of the complex workers' compensation claims system. Prior to representing injured workers, Mr. Gill spent seven years as an insurance defense attorney, specializing in all aspects of Georgia Workers Compensation and General Liability defense. Mr. Gill uses his former experience as an insurance defense attorney, to help his injured clients obtain the compensation to which they are entitled to. Mr. Gill attended Georgia State University Law School and was a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association. Before graduating from Georgia State University Law School, and passing the Georgia Bar in 2009, Mr. Gill worked for several years as a corporate financial analyst for various Fortune 1000 companies throughout the metro-Atlanta area.
Mr. Gill also received an MBA in Finance from Mercer University in 2003, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Hampton University in Virginia in 1999. While attending college at Hampton, Mr. Gill was a four-year letterman for the conference champion Hampton University Pirates football team. Prior to attending college, Mr. Gill served as a non-commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. During his military career as a Fighter Aircraft Weapons Systems Technician/Crew Chief, he worked in several Air Force fighter squadrons that were deployed to various locations around the world, including several deployments to the Persian Gulf region during Operation Desert Storm.
Kirk P. Bremer graduated from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina in 2011. He then attended the University of Georgia School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2015. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has been admitted to practice law in the Northern District of Georgia.
During law school he worked with nonprofit firms like Atlanta Legal Aid to provide free legal assistance to everyday Atlantans in multiple areas of law. After law school he worked as a consumer bankruptcy attorney to help thousands of clients within the Northern District of Georgia shed their insurmountable debt. Throughout his legal career Kirk has been committed to helping everyday Georgians navigate difficult areas of law by putting his full attention and effort into each case he receives. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping, and listening to music.
