Koluthara Exports Ltd (the company) was incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 in the year 1989 as a private limited company by conversion of the partnership firm founded in 1984 by Mr. Antony Varghese Koluthara and Mr. George Varghese Koluthara. The company is situated at Keltron Road, Aroor in Alappuzha district in the State of Kerala, India. The company which was converted into a Public Limited Company in 1991 went public in 1993 with a public issue of Rs.300/- lakhs Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at par which was oversubscribed 14 times. The company as of now has an equity capital of Rs. 530.77 lakhs.
