Amy Dobson is owner and Chief Creative Officer for Metta Digital Marketing. While she has gathered a small but dynamic team of professionals to work with her, clients can be assured they will work directly with Amy on all aspects of their projects, from start to finish. She has a full-range of digital experience from the perspectives of an agency manager, in-house coordinator, and free-lancer. She also happens to be a talented photographer and writer.
Cindy Sternlicht is part of our strategy and content writing team. She brings a rich background in health care public relations and marketing to the table, and her crisis/reputation management experience adds an extra dimension to our work. She particularly enjoys the challenge of SEO writing for organic results, while telling client stories that speak to their audiences. She is also a community advocate for several not-for-profit organizations.
Working with Dr. Silviana Falcon - professor, author, and entrepreneur - to promote her book launch was inspiring. Her book, Lectures in Play, makes a case for higher education professors to incorporate educational games to their traditional lectures to enhance the learning environment and yield deeper learning. She is committed, passionate, and incredibly smart, so her project was an exciting undertaking.
Isaac Jeffery is a student intern who recently joined the team to learn the intricacies of website creation and design. A senior at Polk State Lakeland Gateway to College Charter High School, he plans to jumpstart his college career while exploring areas of interest. Isaac has experience working in customer service roles (can you say *barista*?) but he has a natural affinity for technology. He also enjoys athletics, and plays basketball and pickleball.
Jenny Dee joined the team with a strong mix of creativity and business acumen to help our clients grow. She studied political science at UC, Irvine before transferring to Southeastern University to complete her bachelor's degree in criminal justice. She stayed at SEU as a graduate assistant to the Dean of Business while earning her MBA in executive leadership and is certified in Google Ads. On her creative side, Jenny has made a name for herself as a singer/songwriter, recording music and touring.
