Daniël Ohmann is owner of Ohmann Notariaat. He is a specialist in advising i.a. (family)businesses, also taking into account the family relationships of the entrepreneur (prenuptial agreements, wills and estate planning). Daniël is also member of Europefides and has been our trusted partner for our clients (B.V. incorporations) since he started his own firm in 2018.
Ester de Vreede is our network immigration lawyer. Her firm De Vreede, immigration law takes care of all the immigration matters of our (corporate and individual) clients.

Leon van Baal deliveres high quality international and Dutch advisory services. Leon succesfully advises companies and wealthy individuals on national and international tax issues. Leon combines his profound technical skills with his commercial common sense. He caters his clients as a "one stop shop" for immigration, incorporations and accounting together with his network partners.
His client portfolio comprises a number of listed and non-listed multinational companies. His clientèle mainly consists of multinational companies with business operations in the Netherlands, but it also includes small and medium sized companies as well as individuals (including expatriates) usually with international tax issues.
After obtaining his university degrees in company law, tax law and international tax law, Leon van Baal has been a tax lawyer for 25 years now.
Leon was a member of the Steering Group International Taxation of the American Bar Association (ABA), and is an active member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisors (NOB), the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the International Bar Association (IBA). Leon writes commentaries on tax treaties for one of the leading Netherlands tax law publishers (NDFR).
