Alexander's passion is to make things happen and to support companies in their professionalization in a way that creates tangible results for them and ensures successful growth in the long term. Alexander has been partner since 2022, and his passion lies in commercial topics, especially customer value management. His consulting focus is therefore on increasing customer value and stabilizing customer relationships. His background is strongly influenced by his professional past in international positions in Marketing & Sales, Customer Management & Experience as well as Product & Proposition Management. Most recently as Sales Director of a German IT company, previously as Chief Commercial Officer at a European telecommunications group and as Marketing Director of the former Eplus. In his free time, he spends a lot of time with his family, in the forest on his mountain bike or on his Harley.
Michael Mücke - Founder, Managing Director
Michael is the founder and has been leading the company since 2003. He is our expert for strategy development, the digitalization of business models and the implementation of technology and innovation potentials. As an entrepreneur, he is a trusted partner in selected industries and a successful start-up investor with extensive connections in the community. Michael started his consulting career at Kearney in Munich. He is a member of the high-tech association BITKOM and on the advisory board of numerous startups. In his private life, Michael likes doing sports and spending time with his family - for example a game of tennis with friends or a family outing in nature.
Moritz is convinced that companies must become problem solvers in the digital world. He wants to help companies in Europe become winners in digitalization. Moritz believes that organizations that do not generate lasting growth in increasingly digital markets are gambling away their future. He often encounters business leaders who have invested heavily in digital initiatives and are still waiting for their breakthrough. This is where he comes in. Together with his team, he designs marketing strategies and realigns product portfolios to provide evidence of scalable success. Moritz is not a trained management consultant, but joined Mücke Roth & Company in 2017 with a practical background. He has led large organizations through digital transformation and been responsible for business worth billions of dollars. At 1&1, he was Chief Sales Officer, and at Google, he was Vice President responsible for the market launch of smartphones in Europe and Asia. At Microsoft, he spent six years as Chief Marketing Officer responsible for B2B and B2C marketing. In his free time, Moritz can be found at antique markets, on bike tours through France or restoring classic cars. He lives in Pasing with his wife and two children.
