Lucy is the Managing and Artistic Director of New Ghosts Theatre Company. She specialises in the development and presentation of new plays and is passionate about championing women in theatre. She has worked as a Director and Producer across Sydney, Perth, Darwin & New York. She is a graduate of WAAPA and holds a Bachelor of Performing Arts (Performance Making).

Pierce Hartigan

Pierce is a media lawyer, now working at the Office of the eSafety Commissioner after several years working with content makers at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. He is also an accomplished writer and musician, and is passionate about local arts and artists

Rosie Marks-Smith

Rosie has a background in program management and arts administration, skills she first developed while working as a freelance jazz musician in Sydney. Her passion for supporting artists led her to work at the Australia Council for the Arts and currently as the Orchestra Manager of the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. With over 10 years' experience in the industry Rosie brings to the NGTC Board her specialisation in event administration and people management skills.

Sid is an experienced Marketing and Advertising professional with over ten years experience helping Australia's biggest brands connect better with customers and stakeholders. He brings years of experience in communications, production, branding and customer relationship management. He currently works in a senior role in Client Services in the advertising industry.

Tamasin Young - Chairman

Tamasin has broad experience in strategic roles across the public and private sectors, beginning her career as a Deloitte management consultant and then moving into the NSW Department of Premier and Cabinet. For the past two years she has worked in strategic planning for School Infrastructure NSW. Tamasin also has a number of years experience in the running of not-for-profit organisations, having previously been the Chief Executive Officer of the Conference of Australian & Indonesia Youth (CAUSINDY).
